Einstein’s Alley is very pleased to be working with Princeton Professor Patricia Fernadez Kelly, along with the CBLI program leader, Trisha Thorme, and Ralph Widner, a member of the Einstein’s Alley Advisory Council on an Immigration Information research project.Working with Princeton students and the information from the Princeton Community Profile that Ralph Widner developed for Princeton Future, the group will explore questions about both high skilled immigrants and lower skilled immigrants.
Zeroing in on high skilled immigrants living in Princeton, the project will look where they work, what their needs are, what immigration assistance might they require for themselves or members of their families, what kinds of investments or employment opportunities would enhance their experience?
The research task force will use qualitative research, including participant observation, community mapping, and in-depth interviews with members of the populations at the center of this project.
